Bubbles O'Learys is a pub in the pure Irish tradition. On the large and beautiful terrace, expatriates from all walks of life, "pure" Kampalese and tourists from all continents (except Antarctica, though...) rub shoulders and mingle. For more than twenty years, we have been celebrating St. Patrick's Day here, drinking Guinness from time to time in moderation and listening to live music. It is also possible to dine here (roasted meat, pizza, wrap...).
