The Embassy of Cuba in Uganda is located on K.A.R. Drive in Kololo, Kampala. It handles visa applications, passport services for Cuban nationals, document legalization, and emergency consular assistance. Headed by Ambassador Tania Perez Xiques, the embassy also represents Cuba in Rwanda. Established in 1974, Cuba and Uganda have enjoyed strong diplomatic ties, especially in health, education, and sports. The embassy operates Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and continues to serve as a key link in fostering cooperation between the two nations.
