National Arts and Cultural Crafts Association of Uganda (NACCAU) is a leading national umbrella organization dedicated to promoting, preserving and developing Uganda’s rich artistic and cultural heritage. NACCAU brings together a vibrant network of artisans, craft makers, visual artists, designers and cultural practitioners from across the country. 

Founded in 1993 as UNACA which later in 2003 register as NACCAU with a mission to empower creatives, NACCAU serves as a unifying platform that supports both emerging and established artists. The association plays a vital role in safeguarding traditional craftsmanship while encouraging innovation and contemporary artistic expression. Through its work, NACCAU continues to position Ugandan arts and crafts on both regional and international stages.
