The Royal Thai Honorary Consulate in Kampala, Uganda, located in Bugolobi, serves as Thailand’s official representation in the country. While full diplomatic functions are handled by the Royal Thai Embassy in Nairobi, Kenya, the consulate in Kampala plays an important supporting role. It facilitates communication between Thai and Ugandan authorities, assists Thai nationals, and promotes cultural and economic cooperation. Led by Honorary Consul Ms. Barbara Mulwana, the consulate also provides limited consular services such as document verification and community support. Its presence enhances bilateral ties and fosters people-to-people engagement between Thailand and Uganda.
